About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our products. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create visually appealing and functional designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines while also being user-friendly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies in web design and e-commerce development.
• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator) and other visual design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI principles, visual design, layout design, and best practices for web design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details that enhance user experience.
