As a UX/UI Design System Designer, you will be an integral part of a highly strategic, data-driven team focused on enhancing our UX Design capabilities. This remote position allows you to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including UI Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, Engineers, Data and Testing Teams, and Product Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and deliver cross-platform experiences that are not only visually appealing but also meet the needs of users and clients across our digital commerce ecosystem. You will be expected to create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate your vision and strategy. In this role, you will deliver and execute finished UI designs for web, mobile web, and native applications, ensuring that all outputs adhere to existing design systems. Quality, usability, consistency, brand relevance, and compliance will be paramount in all your deliverables. You will apply your conceptual thinking across various platforms, taking into account user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Your work will involve designing end-to-end experiences informed by qualitative and quantitative research, allowing you to uncover insights about user behavior and validate design concepts. Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are met and implemented accurately. Additionally, you will partner with project managers to define design criteria in JIRA, ensuring that all requirements are clearly outlined for development. Regular communication with remote teams and partners will be essential, as will the development of post-project learnings to foster innovation and improve product quality. You will be expected to continually strive to exceed expectations in your work, demonstrating strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate compelling design solutions across departments and to stakeholders.
