About the position

Kforce has an enterprise client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high fidelity wireframes, developing prototypes, and utilizing Figma proficiently to produce low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing. The UX/UI Designer will elevate design concepts to high-fidelity interfaces using the Fluent UI design system in Figma, ensuring that designs are ready for testing. This role involves creating and managing a reusable component library in Figma to maintain design consistency across projects. The designer will align their design efforts with project requirements to deliver user-centric solutions. As part of the responsibilities, the UX/UI Designer will build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design elements. They will be expected to update designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums. The ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Elevate design concepts to high-fidelity interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing
• Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Figma (Must have been used within the last year)
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Design Library Components; Fluent UI preferred, but other design systems will be acceptable
• Minimum 4 years of experience with creating prototypes in Figma
• Advanced Figma skills with experience in Fluent UI and complex component construction
• Experience in building and maintaining a Figma component library for future designs
• Solid UX/UI design foundation for intuitive and visually appealing design creation
• Exceptional technical precision and attention to detail in design execution
• Excellent communication for seamless collaboration with teams
• Proven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Microsoft's Fluent UI standards/Fluent UI design system
