About the position

The UX/UI Designer role is focused on leading the design vision and execution for products, particularly in the financial sector. The designer will create user-centered solutions that simplify complex workflows and enhance user satisfaction through interactive experiences and data visualizations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to bring designs to life, and the role includes facilitating workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and execution across products, making complex financial data intuitive and visually engaging.
• Develop interactive experiences, data visualizations, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows and drive user satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers to bring designs to life, fostering a cohesive vision across teams.
• Use prototyping, wireframes, and testing to validate ideas and ensure designs meet user needs at every stage.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and build alignment across stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience, with strong skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.
• Passion for putting the user first, with a knack for translating complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs.
• Ability to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results.
• Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS; familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects is required.
