Responsibilities
- Create usability testing learning goals and scripts.
- Take notes during interviews and capture data using tools like Miro/Mural.
- Collate interview data and identify themes from qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Create artifacts such as usability testing reports and presentations.
- Organize project management tasks related to interview outputs, including transcripts and video recordings.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong writing skills.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies.
- Mid-level experience in UX/UI design.
- Organizational skills for managing project artifacts and data.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with usability testing and data analysis.
