About the position

The UX/UI Designer role focuses on creating engaging, user-centered web experiences through collaboration with various teams. The designer will leverage design thinking principles to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces while continuously improving existing web content and features. This position requires a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to stay updated with design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teams such as product management, development, copywriting, and marketing to create engaging, user-focused web experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to bring early design ideas to life.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand standards and enhance user interaction.
  • Regularly review and improve existing web content and features to boost performance and usability.
  • Collaborate within an Agile framework and coordinate with developers for seamless design implementation.
  • Assist senior designers with various tasks to support ongoing projects.
  • Leverage data and industry benchmarks to guide design decisions and refine user experiences.
  • Stay innovative by exploring fresh ideas to keep the digital platforms modern and effective.
  • Keep abreast of evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality of web products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong expertise in designing visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
  • Experience across the full design process, from user research to prototype creation and testing.
  • Familiarity with building and managing visual design systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for design iteration.
  • Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
