Censis Technologies is seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare software applications. As a UX/UI Designer at Censis, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and websites, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, attentive to detail, and has experience with working successfully in matrix organizations. In this role, you will conduct user research and usability testing at customer sites to gather insights and validate design decisions for new products and existing product enhancements. You will lead the creation of interaction and visual artifacts, such as wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes, by reviewing business requirements and implementing designs to help the business achieve its goals. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Developers to understand business goals, advocate for the user, explain design processes and artifacts, implement feedback, and understand the technical feasibility of design. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI-UX design and healthcare technology is essential. You will advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, designing and enhancing website experiences to ensure a cohesive and engaging user journey across all digital platforms.
