About the position

The UX/UI Designers & Developers role at Canopy One Solutions involves leading user research efforts throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), starting from the Discovery phase. The position requires creating user research guides, conducting iterative user research, and producing deliverables such as journey maps and personas. The UX Designer will also be responsible for creating prototypes using standard UX/UI software, while the UI Developer will translate design concepts into functional front-end applications using various technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and conduct user research throughout the SDLC.
• Create research guides and conduct iterative user research.
• Produce deliverables including journey maps, personas, and research finding documents.
• Create prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar software.
• Translate creative software design concepts into reality using front-end technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development.
• Expertise in conducting user research and producing related deliverables.
• Proficiency in using standard UX/UI software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
