About the position

Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is seeking a UX/UI Developer for an onsite position in Redmond, WA. The primary role of the UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces while understanding end-user needs. This position involves engaging with the business development team and customers to gain insights into their business problems and goals, analyzing user needs and software requirements, coordinating software system installations, and designing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with React JS.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with Windows and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Should have strong focus on UI/UX, attention to detail and the deliver high-quality, responsive applications.
• Should have bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Should have experience in software design and development.
• Should have experience in professional UI development.
• Should have experience with data-driven UI development.
• Should have strong communication and problem solving skills.

• A competitive pay range of $50/hr- $55/hr (depending on experience).
