About the position

The UI/UX Developer at Easy Expunctions is responsible for creating and refining user experiences for web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating with management to understand business strategies and user needs, translating these into effective design concepts, and working closely with graphic designers to enhance customer interactions with the company's technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Builds wireframes and UI flows to meet requirements
• Translates requirements and solutions into usable, development-ready wireframes
• Defines complex key user requirements to build usability into products and services
• Improves customer experience, automated document delivery, and checkout process
• Creates UI style standards to guide business and technology resources when modifying functionality across business units
• Incorporates convenience options to improve usability (automation, workflow, improve error messaging, etc.)
• Utilizes user-centered methodologies to understand and analyze user experience, expectations, and requirements
• Participates in high-level use case definition, prototyping, and other activities to capture and develop user requirements and integrate these into the product design
• Designs and simulates user interface and interaction flow using wireframing tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years' relevant experience and proven ability or appropriate training to supervise or manage others
• Minimum 3 years dedicated experience in information architecture and/or interaction design for web sites and/or web applications for candidates with Bachelor's degree
• Experience with requirement visualization and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Visio, or OmniGraffle
• Familiarity with user-centered research, such as usability testing, contextual inquiry, and field interviews
• Familiarity with technical issues around web development and ability to work constructively with development teams, including but not limited to understanding of .NET, MVC, Blazor, .NET Core/5, C#, Telerik UI, JavaScript, Git, Visual Studio, Rest API's
