About the position

The UX/UI Developer position at Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is focused on developing, creating, and modifying user interfaces based on a deep understanding of end-user needs. This role requires collaboration with business development teams and clients to address their business problems and goals effectively. The developer will engage in software design and development, ensuring high-quality, responsive applications that meet user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with React JS.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with Windows and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Should have a strong focus on UI/UX, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, responsive applications.
• Should have a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Should have experience in software design and development.
• Should have experience in professional UI development.
• Should have experience with data-driven UI development.
• Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
