About the position

The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for unifying and enhancing multiple WooCommerce websites into a cohesive multi-site network that represents all portfolio brands. This role focuses on creating engaging, user-friendly web experiences that drive conversions, ensuring visual appeal and intuitive navigation across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of e-commerce websites, ensuring visual appeal, intuitive navigation, and brand alignment.
• Develop and maintain clear, user-focused navigation systems and content structures to improve the user experience.
• Create and optimize landing pages to meet marketing goals and drive conversions.
• Analyze website data and user behavior to identify improvement areas and implement design changes to boost engagement and conversions.
• Research, develop, and integrate new tools, plugins, and features to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Ensure a consistent visual language across all sites.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient CSS for consistent styling across all sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website styling and functionality issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Continuously test and refine website elements to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress/WooCommerce).
• Experience with theme customization and visual design tools (Flatsome UX Builder).
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing design and coding work is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with UX research and user testing preferred.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices preferred.
