About the position

iQuery is seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to enhance user experience across its products and websites. The role focuses on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for software applications, ensuring they meet client needs and improve overall aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in user experience design, particularly in matrix organizations, and will work onsite in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Insights and validate design decisions for new products and existing product enhancements.
• Lead the creation of interaction and visual artifacts (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes) by reviewing business requirements and implementing designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to understand business goals and advocate for the user.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI-UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and enhance website experiences to ensure a cohesive and engaging user journey across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI-UX design of software and websites, preferably in the B2B industry and/or experience with workflow applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Loop 11, JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML or similar.
• Experience in design thinking and using best practices for product, website and mobile app designs.
• Experience in leveraging AI for new product designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Knowledge of B2B industry standards, workflow dynamics and regulations is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in UI-UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent experience.
