The UX/UI Developer plays a crucial role in developing, creating, and modifying user interfaces by understanding the needs of end-users. This position requires a deep engagement with the business development team and/or customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business problems and goals. The developer will analyze user needs and software requirements to assess the feasibility of designs within specified time and cost constraints. Additionally, the role involves designing, developing, and modifying software systems, utilizing scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcomes and consequences of design decisions. The UX/UI Developer will also analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, as well as modifications to peripheral equipment. This position demands a strong understanding of Human Centered design principles and best practices, along with previous experience in designing web app design systems, both visual and UX systems. Experience in designing applications that incorporate generative AI is preferred, as is experience working with front-end developers to create working code-based prototypes. Knowledge of accessibility UX best practices and principles is also a plus. The ability to present design concepts clearly and explain their uses and functions is essential. Strong writing and communication skills, along with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, are critical for success in this role. Attention to detail and a high level of visual design polish are necessary, as is the ability to collaborate effectively while also being able to work independently.
