About the position

As a UX/UI Product Manager at Dirt Legal, you will be responsible for enhancing the user journey and improving digital interactions throughout the vehicle registration process. This role involves conducting user research, driving UI/UX enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and customer-focused experience. You will oversee the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring they align with business goals and elevate user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to enhance the entire buyer journey by identifying user pain points and designing seamless, UI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct surveys, competitive analysis, and design thinking workshops to understand user behaviors and inform UX/UI design decisions.
  • Create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that focus on usability, responsiveness, and visual appeal, improving our digital interfaces.
  • Organize and facilitate user discovery sessions, usability tests, and journey mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage a roadmap focused on UX/UI enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives.
  • Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine designs and ensure continuous improvement in user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Oversee the UX/UI process, driving alignment across teams for cohesive design implementation and measurable product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX and UI product management, with a strong track record of owning the user experience from research to final implementation.
  • Experience in conducting and applying insights from user research, journey mapping, and design thinking sessions.
  • Skilled in UI design and prototyping, with experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and responsive designs that prioritize user engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and driving data-informed improvements.
  • Experience with CRM tools and platforms such as WordPress, GoHighLevel, Insightly and Shopify.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, balancing user needs with business objectives.
