About the position
The UX/Visual Designer role is focused on creating user-centered designs that enhance the user experience across multiple platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, particularly in using design tools like Figma, to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. The designer will work closely with user research teams to integrate findings into the design process, ensuring that the products meet user needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate with user research teams to enhance the user experience based on research findings.
- Foster divergent design thinking to generate innovative design solutions.
- Work on UX design projects across multiple platforms.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory standards and user trust considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Behavioral Research, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design work across multiple platforms.
- 6 years of experience in a UX Product Design setting or similar.
- Fluency with Figma for producing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience in user trust and understanding of the regulatory landscape.
