About the position

The UX Writer will be responsible for creating and enhancing user experiences across various services, focusing on cloud services and account security features. This role involves collaboration with product designers to ensure that user needs are met while aligning with business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
• Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
• Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
• Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
• Collaborating with designers to uncover and solve UI challenges
• Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in creating clear and concise copy for digital interfaces

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with cloud services and security features
• Experience with design systems and UI/UX best practices
• Knowledge of marketing and business strategies
