About the position

The V.I.E. Credit Analyst position at Société Générale is an international graduate business placement designed for candidates to work within the Credit Department in the USA. The role focuses on preparing credit requests for large corporate clients and their subsidiaries, involving financial analysis, client strategy, business risk assessment, and industry analysis. Responsibilities

• Prepare and propose internal risk ratings for credit requests.
• Monitor ongoing credit and derivative limits.
• Collaborate with other Credit Teams in Europe and Asia on various business lines.
• Conduct financial analysis including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow assessments.
• Support client strategy and business risk evaluations.
• Prepare financial projections when necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance.
• Previous experience in a bank is appreciated.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
