About the position

The Vacation Brand Ambassador role at Travel + Leisure Co. is focused on engaging with guests at resort check-ins to promote vacation ownership opportunities. This position requires an active Maryland Real Estate License and involves face-to-face marketing, scheduling meetings for guests with member services, and maintaining production standards. The role is integral to enhancing guest experiences and driving sales within a vibrant and diverse company culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests checking into resorts to promote vacation ownership opportunities.
• Schedule meetings for guests with member services for owner updates and workshops.
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in updates.
• Collaborate with resort staff to manage guest arrival sheets during shifts.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests.
• Meet weekly production standards.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with vacation ownership or timeshare sales.
