About the position

The Vacation Rental Client Relations Manager is a Level 3 position at iTrip Aspen Snowmass, responsible for managing homeowner relations and overseeing guest services and reservations. This role requires a blend of administrative and hands-on work, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a 5-star experience for both property owners and rental guests. The position involves supervising direct reports, participating in leadership meetings, and managing day-to-day operations, with a commitment to the company's core values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all homeowner needs
  • Oversee guest services and homeowners strategy, process, and procedures
  • Oversee on-call services
  • Assist with managing guest impactful maintenance issues
  • Manage Shadowbrook Condominiums front desk staffing and services
  • Balance and close bookings, including posting payments and refunding security deposits
  • Ensure listing accuracy on various platforms
  • Work with the revenue manager to track budget rates and occupancy
  • Create, schedule, and manage daily/weekly work orders for housekeeping and maintenance
  • Submit and supervise completion of work orders
  • Conduct unit inspections and seasonal inspections
  • Assist with property upgrades and condition assessments
  • Train team members on inspections and guest service requirements
  • Implement preventative maintenance practices
  • Enhance and refine current systems and procedures
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
  • Facilitate weekly Operations Meetings and participate in scheduled meetings
  • Demonstrate company's core values and document examples for self and direct reports
  • Engage with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years property management and hospitality experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Possess or acquire computer skills needed for job-specific competencies

  • Experience in the vacation rental industry
  • Supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with software such as iTrip Admin Hub, Nine.io, Slack, Avochato, Google Suite, Dropbox
