About the position

Magical Vacation Homes is looking for an energetic and organized Vacation Rental Onboarding Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing department. This role is essential in managing online distribution channels and creating property listings, contributing to the company's goal of being the leading property manager of luxury vacation homes.

Responsibilities

• Management of company online distribution channels such as Homeaway, Airbnb, and more.
• Build property listings to our website with content, schedule, and upload photos.
• Follow established format for writing property descriptions.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
• Handle requests from Homeowners, Reservations & Marketing department.
• Build and maintain partner relationships with Homeowners, Travel Agents, and Wholesalers.
• General office work and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience; general office experience preferred
• High attention to detail
• Creative writing skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and planning skills
• Entry-level knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
