As a Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing Linkage) at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable vacation experiences for guests. This position involves engaging with hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service, and scheduling sales presentations to promote Marriott Vacation Club products. The role emphasizes exceeding sales goals while maintaining guest loyalty and satisfaction in a supportive and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
  • Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
  • Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.
  • Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contributing to team goals.
  • Always following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves
