About the position
At Bluegreen Vacations, as a Sales Representative, you will utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers, generate quality leads, and sell our affordable family-friendly mini-vacation getaways. We are looking for a Sales Representative for our Chattanooga Bass Pro Location! Our winning team starts with YOU! In this role, you will be an ambassador for Bluegreen Vacations & Bass Pro, interacting with the community and meeting new people. You will act as a concierge to provide local information to enhance travelers' experience, advising them on how they can have their best vacation ever. Your responsibilities will include initiating and engaging in conversation with customers, selling mini-vacation getaways to destinations across the U.S., communicating the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations, overcoming objections, and closing the deal. Providing excellent customer service and staying current on Bluegreen's offerings and portfolio will be key to your success. This position offers a guaranteed hourly base pay of $22 - $33/hour based on sales, along with an aggressive commission structure. You will receive world-class training to equip you with the knowledge needed to excel in vacation sales. The role also provides rapid advancement opportunities with realistic upward mobility, and a work-life balance with only 6-hour shifts, totaling 30 hours a week, while still being considered full-time with full-time benefits. You will enjoy generous paid time off, including up to 10 vacation days in your first four years, and the opportunity to give back to the community with 2 full-paid days off a year for volunteering. Requirements
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work while standing on feet throughout the shift.
