This position is located inside the Bass Pro at 101 Bass Pro Drive, Harlingen, TX 78552. As a Sales Representative at Bluegreen Vacations, you will leverage your unique personality and passion to engage with potential customers face-to-face, generating leads and selling affordable, family-friendly mini vacation getaways. Your role will involve initiating conversations with customers, selling vacation packages to various destinations across the United States, overcoming objections, and ultimately closing deals. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment and are motivated by the opportunity to earn commissions based on their performance. Sales Representatives working 30 hours a week can expect to earn an average annual income ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, with a base hourly wage of $16 plus eligibility for commissions based on the number of package sales made each week. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift
