The Valet position at AAA Parking offers an engaging opportunity to create a welcoming experience for guests at The Westin Gwinnett. This role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive demeanor and adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests within 30 seconds.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently.
• Open doors for guests and provide information and directions.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff, and co-workers.
• Practice AAA Basics and ensure all guest valet experiences are memorable and unique.
• Immediately secure all keys and adhere to AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards.
• Run fast to retrieve cars and drive slowly when presenting cars.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
