About the position

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing information and support to enhance the guest experience. The position emphasizes creating smiles and making a positive impact on guests, patients, and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
  • Provide guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
  • Consistently complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey, and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Ability to read and write standard English language and comprehend simple instructions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
