About The Position

The Valet Attendant provides best-in-class front door vehicle and luggage service to guests entering and exiting Yaamava Resort & Casino. Ensures all guests' arrival and departure valet experiences are memorable, unique, and in alignment with brand standards/expectations - requiring a high level of professionalism, anticipatory service, and enthusiasm focusing on guest comfort. Contributes to the mission and vision by creating a positive and productive working environment. Maintains a positive attitude and public image while delivering authentic greetings, and cordial farewells, centered on a sense of personal service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of driving experience required.
• Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission is required.

Nice To Haves

• Valid California Commercial Driver's License, Commercial Class C or higher, with a passenger endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to each guest while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Exceed guest expectations through positive interactive skills and greet all arriving guests in a timely, professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handle special requests and assist guests with inquiries related to resort and casino services, hours of operations, and in-house events.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to established safety protocols and state laws.
• Secure all guest keys and vehicles according to department policy.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction and document/report any vehicle incidents.
