Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of valet parking professionals.
- Create relationships with guests and personalize their experience.
- Proactively greet and assist guests with a warm welcome.
- Meet and exceed service standards outlined by the company.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles, assisting with luggage and personal items.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle parking fee transactions accurately and ensure proper revenue accounting.
- Demonstrate excellent driving abilities and maintain a good DMV record.
- Perform well under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience as a team leader or in a leadership role.
- At least 19 years of age.
- Clean cut and professional appearance.
- Good DMV record with no DUI history.
- Valid California Driver License.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to run long distances for sustained periods.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
