Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of valet parking professionals.
• Create relationships with guests and personalize their experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
• Greet and assist guests with a warm smile and friendly welcome.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles, assisting with luggage and personal items.
• Follow established systems and procedures for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle parking fee transactions accurately and ensure proper revenue accounting.
• Demonstrate responsible driving and care for guests' vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.

Requirements

• Experience as a team leader or in a leadership role.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Clean cut and professional appearance.
• Good DMV record with no DUI history.
• Valid California Driver License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to run long distances for sustained periods.
• Excellent written and organizational skills.
