About The Position
The Beverly Hilton, an iconic hotel located in Beverly Hills, is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to join its Guest Services Team. This prestigious hotel has been a part of Hollywood's history since 1955, hosting numerous red carpet events and celebrity galas. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring the financial profitability of the hotel. The position requires a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining the high standards expected at a Forbes 4-Star hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, transporting vehicles to and from designated parking areas, and assisting guests with their luggage. You will also be tasked with retrieving vehicle keys and providing receipts to guests, as well as responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will possess prior valet or driving experience, the ability to drive stick/manual shift vehicles, and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. This position is part-time and requires complete open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. As a union position, hours and schedules are based on seniority and business needs, which may result in minimal hours until seniority is established. Candidates must be comfortable with a variable schedule that may change from week to week.
