Valet/Service Greeter - Sunset Cadillac of Venice

About the position

Automotive Service Porter needed at Sunset Cadillac of Venice! We need a helpful, approachable team member to greet customers as they pull into our service drive and guide them to the appropriate person or location. You will then prepare the vehicles for service by placing protective covers, performing preliminary vehicle inspections, and checking alignment on the drive. Lastly, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by shuttling vehicles to and from our service department, transporting customers, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the service drive.
• Guide customers to the appropriate person or location.
• Prepare vehicles for service by placing protective covers.
• Perform preliminary vehicle inspections.
• Check alignment on the drive.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the service department.
• Transport customers as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pleasant personality and professionalism with clients and staff.
• Full-time availability Monday through Friday, generally 8am-5pm.
• Physical ability and stamina to work in and around vehicles outside much of the shift, including regular bending, reaching, and driving.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Previous new car dealership experience is a plus.
