About The Position
The Value Stream Supervisor at IDEX is responsible for overseeing assembly lines and service parts in a high-paced, lean manufacturing environment. This role involves managing a shift, leading associates, ensuring efficient operations, and meeting production schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs). The supervisor will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
