Responsibilities

• Drives a Salvation Army vehicle to transport passengers to and from activities.
• Delivers and picks up Red Kettle Supplies.
• Observes and complies with all traffic signs and road/weather conditions to ensure passenger safety.
• Parks the vehicle in a safe and clearly marked parking space.
• Locks vehicle doors when not in use.
• Fuels the vehicle according to state regulations and The Salvation Army standards.
• Logs all mileage accurately on standard forms.
• Arrives at destinations according to schedule or communicates delays.
• Maintains control of passenger activities by prohibiting unsafe behavior.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Two years' experience operating an automotive vehicle.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, or abilities.
