About the position

As the Store Manager at Vans, you will lead and develop a store team while championing business strategies and values. Responsibilities

  • Inspire, motivate, lead, and develop the store team.
  • Champion business strategies, vision, and values.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Educate and motivate the team to exceed customer engagement standards.
  • Maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and protecting company assets.
  • Ensure execution of store standards and processes for merchandising and operations.
  • Create an inclusive environment for both internal and external customers.
  • Monitor sales progress and results against key targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to drive results through store teams and meet business goals.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills to excel at sales and profit results.
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.
