About the position

The position involves creating templates and print-ready outputs using variable data, processing complex jobs, and developing programs to streamline processes tailored to client-specific needs. The role requires collaboration with data analysts and effective communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Review data from data analyst.
• Map incoming data files to printable templates.
• Create print ready files per job ticket.
• Create processes to streamline the workflow of jobs.
• Document processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge and proficiency using Fusion Pro or equivalent platform.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pitstop.
• Logic programming using Javascript.
• Ability to create print ready files.
• Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with variable data printing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce-based fulfillment and database management.
