- No convictions for financial exploitation of vulnerable adults
- No findings of sexual assault or exploitation of minors in dependency actions
- No findings of sexual abuse or exploitation in domestic relations proceedings
- No findings of abuse or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults in disciplinary board decisions
- No convictions or guilty pleas to other criminal charges in the last ten years
