About the position

The Head Varsity Softball Coach is responsible for leading and managing the varsity softball team at Kirtland High School. This role involves coaching student-athletes, developing their skills, and fostering a competitive team environment. The coach will also be expected to uphold the values and standards of the school’s athletic program while ensuring compliance with all coaching credentials and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the varsity softball team.
• Develop training programs and practice schedules.

• Ensure compliance with all coaching credentials and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.

Requirements

• Must hold or be able to obtain all valid coaching credentials.
• High school diploma or GED.
