This position will be a key member of the Business Development, Client Strategy, and Insights team within the Virtual Client Solutions (VCS) business. Virtual Client Solutions is made up of three businesses - Stock Plan, Retail and, MSVA - which come together to drive Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's growth strategy of reaching prospective clients in the early stages of wealth accumulation by introducing stock plan participants and self-directed retail clients to the full-service advice channel as clients. VCS has seen exponential growth over the last 3 years across key business metrics, all of which have been driven by initiatives coming out of this Business Development & Strategy team. The Business Development, Client Strategy and Insights team is responsible for developing the strategic initiatives that drives the business forward to achieve our goals. This includes general client engagement strategy as well as growth & retention efforts. The ED role on this team will align to one of the business lines to develop these efforts and apply business insights to optimize results. Partnering across WM teams including Analytics & Data, Technology, Marketing, Reinvestment, and Wealth Management field leadership will be critical to this individual's success. Candidates must be eager to develop talent and operate strategically in an innovative business environment.
