About the position
The VCU/IVI Android Developer position at Wipro involves working on vehicle control unit (VCU) and in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems. The role focuses on triaging issues, analyzing error logs from various modules, and documenting the triaging process. The developer will also be responsible for vehicle validation and simulating issues as needed, ensuring effective communication with software teams to resolve problems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct VCU/IVI issue triaging activities.
- Analyze error logs from QNX, DLT, Android, and CAN modules.
- Document the triaging process for different modules.
- Work on modules such as Wireless Charging, Camera, FPI/RSI, HVAC, FCC/RCC, OTA, Seat, and Teen Driver.
- Perform vehicle validation and simulate issues as required.
- Create tickets in JIRA for issue tracking.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of VCU/IVI issue triaging activities.
- Experience in analyzing error logs from various modules.
- Ability to document the triaging process effectively.
- Experience working on specific vehicle modules.
- Valid driver's license for vehicle operation.
- Strong communication skills.
