The VDC Visualization Specialist plays a crucial role in the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) department at Structure Tone, focusing on advanced visualization techniques to support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and business development. This position requires a strong architectural background and expertise in managing the entire visualization pipeline, which includes 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, post-production, and animation. In this role, the Visualization Specialist will lead the 3D visualization process, ensuring superior quality and consistency throughout all stages of the pipeline. Responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings for impactful client presentations, performing post-production enhancements to ensure polished final outputs, and creating animations that effectively convey design intent and project narratives.
