About the position

The IT team at Our Company acts as a business partner, proposing innovative solutions that enhance organizational capabilities. This role focuses on the technical oversight of integrations for the Veeva Development Cloud/Vault Platform, ensuring compliance and collaboration across various teams to deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical oversight of integrations for the Veeva Development Cloud/Vault Platform.
• Design, develop, and coordinate the development team for integrations across a complex software landscape.
• Participate in impact assessment activities and ensure understanding of changes across Clinical Data Management and Clinical Operations.
• Deliver product enhancements through an agreed backlog process to evolve the Veeva Vault Platform.
• Design the strategy for system validation, documentation preparation, and test authoring to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure the Vault Platform remains compliant as a validated solution through verification testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical IT teams, Product Manager, Veeva Platform Lead, IT Solution Architects, and Value/Product Line teams.
• Work with Veeva Enterprise Managed Services on product features.

Requirements

• Expertise with Microservices, API development, and ETL technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Platforms such as Mulesoft or Boomi.
• Experience with multiple integration scenarios with security and data integration.
• Understanding of software design and development quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in solution delivery with GxP systems.
• Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault Platform/Vault Clinical Suites/Clinical Data/Clinical Operations).
• Experience in IT Clinical and relevant business areas.
• Ability to work within a squad and across multiple squads when needed.
• Experience with architecture, integration, interfaces, portals, and/or analytics.
• Expertise with JIRA & Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
