About the position

The Veeva Technical Consultant - Vault CRM/Promomats at Accenture is responsible for analyzing client requirements and crafting tailored marketing solutions using the Veeva platform. This role involves collaborating with project teams, maintaining effective client relations, and delivering quality work on time. The consultant will also document and develop customizations for Veeva Vault CRM/Promomats, ensuring the strategic vision for projects is met and adopted by clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
• Define needs and customize marketing solutions using the Veeva platform.
• Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
• Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, and lead project scoping.
• Determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build accurate communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information with a focus on stakeholder impact.
• Document Veeva Vault CRM/Promomats customizations and develop sophisticated solutions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting cross-industry Veeva Vault CRM and/or Promomats.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Veeva Vault CRM and/or Promomats.
• A minimum of 2 years of technical experience on the Veeva platforms.
• A minimum of 2 years of exposure to integrations and data migrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio.
• Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of CRM or Digital Marketing.
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
• Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
• Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment.
