About the position

The Veeva Business Analyst role is focused on supporting the configuration and management of Veeva Vault systems within the pharmaceutical research and development domain. This position requires a strong understanding of life sciences R&D business functions and involves user access management, change control, and system enhancements to ensure effective use of Veeva Vault applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Veeva Vault user access management including verifying training status, adding/removing users, assigning security profiles, and communicating status of requests.
• Create and maintain work instructions for Veeva Vault processes.
• Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Implement Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality.
• Oversee Veeva Vault environment management, including refreshing vaults and creating new vaults as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.
• Good command of Life Science R&D domain business functions.
• Experience in Veeva Vault configuration and management.

Nice-to-haves

• Veeva Certification and configuration experience in eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or RIM.
