About the position

The Veeva Vault Technical Architect at Accenture is responsible for leading the design and architecture of Veeva Vault solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. This role involves overseeing the implementation of Veeva Vault applications, managing integrations with other enterprise systems, and defining the technical strategy and roadmap for Veeva Vault solutions. The architect will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide mentorship to junior technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Veeva Vault solutions.
• Develop and document high-level and detailed solution designs, including data models and workflows.
• Oversee the implementation of Veeva Vault applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Design and manage integrations between Veeva Vault and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Define and maintain the technical strategy and roadmap for Veeva Vault solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
• Mentor and develop junior technical staff and provide technical training as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Veeva Vault solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting complex Veeva Vault solutions in a regulated environment.
• Deep expertise in Veeva Vault configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault Java SDK, SQL, XML, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
