Responsibilities

• Identify and source vehicles through various channels including the service department and private sellers.
• Evaluate vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide free appraisals for vehicles and follow up with written cash offers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers to obtain the best possible deals.
• Maintain and manage relationships with the service and sales teams.
• Perform vehicle inspections and appraisals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand inventory needs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing.
• Manage and track acquisitions using internal databases and software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in vehicle acquisition, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of different vehicle makes, models, and market values.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using vehicle acquisition software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
