About the position

Rairdon Fiat Maserati Alfa of Kirkland is seeking a motivated and experienced Vehicle Acquisition Manager to join our team. This full-time position is crucial to the success of our organization, focusing on the acquisition of vehicles directly from individual clients. As a Vehicle Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing used vehicles from consumers, leveraging a substantial number of warm leads provided by the company. With a monthly lead volume of 750 to 1000, you will have ample opportunities to engage with potential sellers and close deals effectively. Our top performers are able to close over 30 purchases each month, showcasing the potential for significant earnings in this role. In this position, you will not only be buying cars but also finalizing the necessary paperwork once a purchase is completed. A proven track record in sales, particularly in closing leads, is essential, with expectations to close at a rate of 7% to 8% on the leads provided. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in phone sales, lead management, and customer service, although prior experience in the auto industry is not a strict requirement. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are eager to succeed and grow with the company, making this a unique opportunity for those looking to make a mark in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Used Vehicles from Consumers.
  • Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Finalize paperwork once a purchase is completed.

  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout the acquisition process.

Requirements
