Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with incoming customers, appraising vehicles brought into the store, and managing all Auto Trader and Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads. You will also be responsible for updating our CRM tool with current prospects, offering test drives to all prospects, and following dealership procedures for identification. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential, as is the ability to set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and devise strategies to achieve them. You will participate in sales training courses as directed by management, maintain a prospect development system, and evaluate your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning. Additionally, you will maintain a professional appearance, appraise and handle lease returns, manage inventory, handle Repair Orders (ROs), and provide vehicle descriptions while managing certification labels. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to excel in a customer-centric environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years of previous experience
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience.
