As an Automotive Acquisition Specialist, you will engage with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles, playing a crucial role in our sales process and customer satisfaction efforts. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for communicating with incoming customers, appraising vehicles brought into the store, and managing leads from various platforms such as Auto Trader and Kelly Blue Book. You will also be tasked with updating our CRM tool with current prospects, offering test drives, and following dealership procedures for identification. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential, as is the ability to set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards. You will participate in sales training courses as directed by management and maintain a prospect development system to ensure effective follow-up and engagement with potential customers. Your role will also involve evaluating your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning, maintaining a professional appearance, and handling lease returns and repair orders. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses, and provides a supportive environment for professional development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with incoming customers.

  • Updating CRM tool with current prospects.
  • Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedures for identification.

  • Handling ROs (Repair Orders) and details.
  • Providing vehicle descriptions and managing certification labels.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years of previous experience
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience
