Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming KBB Instant Cash Offer leads.
• Use automotive programs and tools daily to contact customers.
• Contact vehicle owners and attempt to purchase their vehicles.
• Maintain customer database and communicate with them.
• Greet and assist customers with desired vehicles.
• Follow up on leads from Kelly Blue Book.
• Review vehicle condition reports.
• Determine wholesale and retail prices.
• Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite.
• Create and execute reconditioning plans to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Use sound judgment and research to make offers on vehicles.
• Turn prospective buyers to a salesperson.
• Work with management to identify current inventory needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
