This role involves working closely with management to identify potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and overseeing the acquisition process from start to finish. The position emphasizes effective communication with customers and proactive outreach for vehicle acquisitions, making it ideal for motivated individuals with a background in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential automotive acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence on vehicles being considered for acquisition.
• Negotiate terms of acquisition with sellers.
• Oversee the acquisition process from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle sales.
• Manage and maintain a customer lead database.
• Meet with customers interested in selling their vehicles.
• Provide evaluations of vehicles to customers.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
